You can take Zenrise® about 20 to 30 minutes prior to any physical activities. If the exertion is exceptionally long (i.e. over 2 hours), you can take another Zenrise® afterward.
What is the maximum amount of packets I can take per day?
You should not take more than two packets per day. Depending on your own physical condition, you can also choose to adjust and mix less than one packet of Zenrise® for each intake to achieve best results. Please remember to seal and keep the remaining packet in a cool, dry place.

Anyone who has an extreme sensitivity to caffeine should limit or abstain from drinking Zenrise® as there is an equal amount of caffeine in each serving to that of a cup of coffee.
